So will I see you and Marlene on the golf course this summer?

It will be a while before I'm ready to swing a club and walk a course ... but you'll certainly see us on your way through to and from the course. The welcome mat will be ready!

Thanks! Quiet is what I am looking for. It will be heaven to be in a quiet place. I was skeptical about their original plans for 3200 homes. Maybe in a few decades, but not right away. Anyway it is worth a look, as I am in Delaware now.

If you want "quiet". Stop in and visit Roesville.

Smile Roesville

Yes, Roesville is on my list. I definitely want quiet; if I wanted noise I could stay where I am. My neighbors all seem to think the noisier the better.

I am enjoying myself so far; found Countrie Eatery and had a late lunch there yesterday and my Hollywood Diner is still there and all glitzed up with new neon lighting at night. Visited Dover Downs last night. Bought a small Delaware flag at the Delaware Made General Store and a sweatshirt with a Delaware scene on sale, took the walking tour or Old Dover this morning while waiting to keep an appointment at Longacre Village. Now off to look at more housing options. I try to pace myself and not try to look at too many in a day.

And we special ordered up this beautiful 80+ degree weather especially for you! What a great day for a walking tour of Dover, and exploring the area. Sounds like you are off and running! Welcome!

Don't forget Champions Club. You too can have one of these!

Just got this a few minutes ago from one of my soon-to-be neighbors. It's just about ready. Just two things missing ... Marlene and me!

Definitely a nice looking house. Now it's time to make it a "home".

Yep, there's something for everybody here in Delaware.
You can even purchase a Victorian, colonial, or "other" on a tree lined street in any small town, for a tune! How about a 3 acre parcel of land outside of a small town with a ranch style home, for a song? Your choices are not limited.
