I bought a huge desk and a very large glass enclosed bookcase, each made of solid wood. Personally I'm very happy and I saved a lot of $$$ compared to what I saw in Cherry Creek, Macys, Pottery Barn etc. Delivery was quick, efficient, professional. That said, looking around their showroom, it's pretty obvious to see what is made of compressed woods with laminates. Couches/loveseats/recliners I would probably go elsewhere and pay more for a better quality product...doubt they will hold up. Great for home office furniture, accessories, miscellaneous furniture.

You guys that have had problems with AFW, you're insane. You go to a discount furniture supply house and expect perfection.

I have furnished my entire house from AFW over the years (twice) and recently just purchased a really big sectional, that was an enormous pain in the ass to get in the house. Turned out no matter how I arranged it, It just wouldn't fit right in my living room, so I went back to the store, found something smaller, they came BACK to my house, took the old sectional out, and brought in the new one, all at no more than another delivery charge to me. Which with how heavy it was and how akward my house is, I gladly paid.

They never tried to charge me a restocking fee, they didn't even hint that I couldn't return my older couch, even though I had it for the better part of 2 weeks.

AFW has been nothing short of spectacular as far as customer service goes, and you know what, the furniture isn't half bad either.

agreed. We bought a really decent bedroom set from them, have had no issues with it. They came with all the pieces, guys assembled it and cleaned up after themselves, called to notify us of the delivery and everything has worked out well. The furniture is sturdy and pretty well made, as they do have some higher priced/higher quality stuff to choose from.
