Dennis Archer was not popular neither. People were accusing him of mismanagement .Many said he is a man of questionable integrity. He left and became the president of American Bar Association.I was surprised. And ask myself : How can a crook be the President of such a prestigious body?

Kwame' came in, now many want to see him out .

So there is a question that needs an answer here: who is the problem in this Detroit mayor issue, The mayor himself or those who want to get every mayor fired?

It's always the other person's fault.

I can't wait until Joel Loving..er...Coleman Young Jr. becomes mayor.....Detroit needs Coleman's DNA back in office. At least he had a sort of class, or at least panache....Kwame is just a caricature.

I bet Benny Napoleon is the next mayor......Or maybe Kym Worthy....YGG!!

I thought Dennis Archer was the only Detroit mayor in years who wasn't a crook! Too bad he didn't stay on.

I think you may be misguided in thinking this. Archer is almost universally loved by those in the burbs outside Detroit. The only people who didn't like him were those in The City and they only didn't like him becuase we did.

In fact, this is my new plan to get rid of Kwame. I'm going to start calling him Detroit's greatest mayor and talking about how much I and all my white friends in corporate management love him. Heck, he's just like us. We can relate to him so well. He may as well be white. God Bless Kwame! (I can already feel Detroiter's becoming suspicious of him)

That should get him out of office quicker than any of the 30 scandals he's had.

KK was voted the most corrupt mayor in the USA by time magazine or so I am told. Anyone know when that was?

But I love him.. They should keep him. He is the best mayor ever!.

His economic stimulus package ($9 million) is far superior to Bush's measly $600!

All hail the mighty Kame. Champion of the white suburbs!.
