Unless the insulin comes from China and in reality is just water..

You will not lower your glucose level staying at such large caloric intake. That you go to gym, also, means nothing. What counts is how much calories you burn. I am professionally working with diabetics daily, and I know them very well. They overeat, underexercise, and lost realistic grasp on their lifestyle. Unfortunately, it is a side effect of diabetes. It adversely impacts cognitive abilities.
So, what you want to do, instead of tripling your insulin, is to reduce your caloric intake by 3 and go down to 1000-1500 calories a day. Oh have my word, you are not going to die.
You have to completely revamp your diet, and eat ONLY low calories foods and stay away from anything that is sweet, has flour products, fats, and is rich in carbs. You should switch to purified water only. Basically, you should be eating vegetables, beans, grains, selective fruits, and little to none meat, with fish being best alternative. You should COOK your own food, so that there is no additives in it. You should have 4 portions a day, period, then put lock on fridge and chain yourself to something heavy.
You should start REAL exercise routine, one that makes you sweat the fat out, and reduce your fluid intake.
NO ONE HAS EVER GAINED WEIGHT, IF CALORIC INTAKE IS LESS THAN CALORIES SPENT. NO ONE. IT IS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE. AND STOP LYING TO YOURSELF. YOU OVEREAT AND HOPE THAT MAGIC PILL WILL FIX YOUR HEALTH.
NOT GONNA HAPPEN.
