Hi, I did the old original WW diet in 1972, I still have the information. You can email me. It was easier to follow but ridigid. I am one who hates doing journals and counting. But even on the old one You had to do a journal. Aftr all these years I am now again needing to loose. Now need to to get with it. It is now a health reason.
Will you please send me a copy of the original WW diet? I also need it for health reasons.

My friend did WW years ago with no success, this last year she lost over 80lbs and told me the plan they have out now is phenomenal, and easy. She made a copy for me, and doggone it got lost when I moved, maybe thrown away. Anyone have the recent plans?
Could you please email me the Original Weight Watchers plan if you still have it? My mother and I did WW back in the 70's and 80's and want to do it again, but the new program they have out is not for us. We are both the type that need the strict structure of the Original WW plan.
