Cherrie,
would love to have that information, I did it in '72, and lost 25 pounds, now time has come to do it again, and of course, when we moved, somehow it didn't get to come with me.
please advise. rozypozy the one I had was pink and white
I would be glad to copy the book (pink and white) and send you the copy. Since I was on this site, I did join the new (points) program, it's very easy, after you figuare out that you MUST eat all the daily points. So if the old one won't work for you, give it a try. Where do I send it? regards, rozy
I plan to follow what I remember, post a check off list on my refrigerator, weigh in every Thursday and report to you, blog, my results. I am optimistic. Wish me luck. Anyone else want to join?
Dear Blog, Please don't email me. I am not interested in email. Let's make it public. Let's try the 1972 diet and check in on this blog for how we are doing.
This was posted a while back and has lots of info about WW.
As a reminder. Please do not email anyone but send a DM instead. If you use email do so knowing you are possibly giving that person access to personal info
Is this the diet in simple terms = 3 teaspoons fat, 3 proteins, 2 "breads", 3 fruits, unlimited vegetables, 1 liver and 5 fish servings a week, 2 milk, 8 glasses water? I think that works. Also no cake, cookies, bagels. Make your own daily and weekly eating chart. Go for it. Maybe check in on this blog and weigh in once a week.
Thank you, sorry so late replying. I live in a snow belt....still snowing and did not get back on for a few. I will say, this is about what our program in 1972-74 did. Thanks
