Gaining more or less 8 kilos in just 4 months is too bad for me. How could i go back and lose those unwanted fats without taking any burning pills? Looking forward to wear swim suits this coming summer and sexy attires this spring. 😘

Drink tons of water, 8 hours of sleep/night, lift weights, eat protein rich, avoid carbs.

Stop shoving too much food into your piehole. That's my mantra, to everyone, including myself. It's hard as he!! to do, but that is what has to happen. It is that simple. Freaking hard, but that simple.

Reduce carbs and total calories. Eat enough protein and fat. Exercise more. Sleep well. Drink water.

Cut out WHITES, and use smaller plates and don't go back for seconds etc.. I agree with a lot of the above.

Fastest, healthiest, most natural, and most effective weight loss program you can do:

1- Switch to a plant-based diet composed mostly of unrefined complex carbohydrates and starches, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, tubers and legumes.

2- Exclude or minimize animal products such as meat (including chicken and fish), dairy products, and eggs, as well as highly refined foods like bleached flour, refined sugar, and oil.

3- Cut down or eliminate alcohol, soft drinks, and fruit juices, and any other sweet drinks.

4- Start a daily program of gradually increasing exercise that includes both cardio and strength training.

The bolded part is terrible advice and would result in significant loss of lean body mass. As a general rule, protein intake needs go up while dieting and cutting out meats (especially lean/healthy ones like chicken and most fish) takes out a great protein source with little to none physiological justification.

As to the OP's question, if you're wanting to lose weight fast, a protein sparing modified fast like this one is your best and safest bet.

Totally wrong. Getting rid of animal products does not lead to significant lean body mass decreases.

What is terrible advice is the over use of animal protein in the misguided attempt to add muscle mass.

Avoid all grains including whole grains. Substitute rice, quinoa, or potatoes instead. Include dairy, eggs, and lean meats.
