Eating less possibly but I think it's no carbs . My insides feel much better and I feel light and energetic not all bogged down and bloated and I credit that to not eating brown rice , oatmeal and whole wheat anymore .
I need to tweak some things but so far I think I'm excelling at keto
Eating a round 2800 calories . 220g of fat 150g of protein and anywhere from 15-30g carbs
