Eat More. I probably eat it 3 times a week. Having it for breakfast with sweet potato and onions. Yum

I eat a lot of broccoli (and cauliflower), usually raw in salads.

I love it cooked as I do with often other veggies and even some meats and nice drippings of butter and sea salt...some of my salad kits from TJ's have chopped raw broccoli but I'm never without broccoli in my house...just like never without CLEAN drinking water.

I eat it cooked as well (salt and butter only) but not nearly as often as raw.
It's probably my #4 cooked veg behind green beans, asparagus and cauliflower.

I'm so glad I LIKE broccoli, there is so much more to this great food.

There really isn't any food I don't like when I look at my whole picture.

I love it too. I bought some at the local grocer Saturday here in baku and when I cooked it, it was so green and the taste had that really strong broccoli taste, delish.

FWIW, I had it for breakfast in my OMAD:

Sunday, 12/23:
• 2 cups (pre-cooked) mixed brown/white rice w/ low sodium soy sauce, non-dairy margarine and hot sauce
• 2 soy sausage patties
• 1 cup stir-fried broccoli
• coffee w/ organic stevia & almond milk

I stir-fried the broccoli with the sausage, pink Himalayan salt and Herbes de Provence, which is great stuff:
