I eat a lot of broccoli (and cauliflower), usually raw in salads.
I love it cooked as I do with often other veggies and even some meats and nice drippings of butter and sea salt...some of my salad kits from TJ's have chopped raw broccoli but I'm never without broccoli in my house...just like never without CLEAN drinking water.

I eat it cooked as well (salt and butter only) but not nearly as often as raw.
It's probably my #4 cooked veg behind green beans, asparagus and cauliflower.
I love it too. I bought some at the local grocer Saturday here in baku and when I cooked it, it was so green and the taste had that really strong broccoli taste, delish.

The greener the broc, the fresher.
