I love peanut butter too, and just sometimes figure I need a peanut butter fix- spread on apple slices sometimes.

We have it as a staple in our house, but thankfully it doesn't call to me, or hound me with its presence like ice cream or chips do when we have them in the house.

I tend to get digestive upsets with large amounts of peanut butter too. Probably the oil in it.

"I can't believe you ate the whole thing" !

I'm that way with Nutella. They make individual sized Nutella pouches and snack packs with crackers, so I'll get one of those to feed a craving. That way there's not a whole jar to be tempted with.

I did have more success with the individual packs of peanut butter, I think they were sold in either a group of 6 or 8. I was able to limit myself to one a night!

Roasted nuts. Especially pistachios.

But neither are sold in our area so not too much of a temptation. Raw nuts don't entice me at all though I know they are better for you.

We just don't buy any "addictive" food so that solves that. Like ice cream might tempt me, but I haven't bought any in decades.

Popcorn -- specifically, the Trader Joe's popcorn in the light green bag: Organic Popcorn with extra virgin olive oil. I open it and seems like right away, I've eaten half the bag.

Costco carries a food service sized tub of Nutella in their Business Center stores, bought one last week for around $13.00. What was I thinking??

It's a good deal, but at what cost?
