Lately I'm eating a lot of wasabi peas. At least I don't eat the entire container at one sitting like I have once with an 18 ounce jar of peanut butter.
For me its chocolate, when there is any chocolate in my house I just have to eat it. I go through fazes where I eat no chocolate for months on end then one day I crack and eat it for a couple days and I cannot just eat a little bit. Something about chocolate to me is super addicting. Luckily I have strong will power and I don't eat it all the time. I stick to my Keto diet for the most part.
Irresistible....Pizza, doughnuts (I could eat a dozen Krispy Kreme in one sitting), and thick chocolate milkshakes. Not all at once, of course. But I have no will power at all in the face of these. I turn into a Hover and scarf away.
OK, so You're doing really well but there's one thing you just can't completely eliminate.
You may cut it way down but not out.
What is it for you? For me it's peanut butter.
All processed foods are totally resistible for me after eating a healthy diet for a long time. I don't feel deprived and I don't feel cravings for unhealthy foods.
But for someone who's trying to establish a healthy diet, I don't think it's productive to read all the posts about foods that other people are having difficulty eliminating.
In my opinion, the best way to achieve a healthy diet is to cut out processed foods completely. If you think you can just have one pizza per month, one soda per week, or one pastry per week you will just be keeping your food addiction alive.
Hood Eggnog....I can drink a half gallon in one day, but because it is so fattening, I make it last two. I keep one in the freezer too. Oh, and chocolate. Oh, and Halvah. I gained a lot of weight this winter from drinking so much Eggnog so I'm trying to be good.
