Cereal, usually Cheerios or store brand equivalent, with whole milk.

That peanut butter jones is very odd. Was it sugar-free? Maybe if you got sugar-free it would be less of a problem. Eating a whole jar of it indicates there was something in it your body needed--maybe the iron or something. But nobody needs sugar, which is said to be as addictive as heroin. I don't know anything about heroin but sugar is a bad addiction and I can't have it in the house.

Sugar-free peanut butter is good for you. I put it in soup.

I can resist any food.

But if there was something that could break me, it would have to be
quality chocolate-candy, yum!

Once?

Yeah, jar of peanut butter and a spoon is bad news. Picked it up when hiking. Always got my jar of peanut butter, sometimes two jars. Delicious calorie bomb and while I get sick of Clif bars, dehydrated meals, ramen, powdered potatoes, instant oatmeal, spam and tuna packets, I've never gotten tired of peanut butter.

Wish I could find the real stuff in plastic jars. I know some people for shorter trips repackage it into tubes or rolls or just plastic jars, but way too damn lazy. I do hate carrying the glass around when hiking.
