Cutest: Goodendoodles. I have one and get stopped everywhere I go with people asking, "*GASP* is that a GD?!"
I also think Shelties and Collies are beautiful.
Ugliest: I won't say because I have quite a few on my list and would probably offend some
I will say with the Goldendoodle breed that you really have to pay attention to the breeder. Some dogs have a MUCH cuter look than others. My pup has the wavy coat and is fluffy. There are some, though, that do not look cute at all. But that's what you get with a hybrid dog.
Cutest: any puppy
I love the looks of elegant dogs, such as Danes, GSD, and the various sight hounds.
I love to see dogs working or doing what they were bred to do, no matter what the breed.
I'm not to keen on smooshed face and/or short legged dogs or any dog too extreme to be able to do anything.
But when someone says "dog", the image that comes to mind is a black lab. They may be 'generic', but to me they are all that a dog should be.
I think the pit bull breeds, in general, are the cutest with un-cropped ears. However, I have seen mutts that are cuter than any purebred. For ugliest, I'm going to have to go with the Chinese Crested.
