My sentiments exactly. Public school is about indoctrination. As an adult who happily exercises free will in daily life, why would I have any desire to go back to the world of indoctrination and extreme social conformity?

If I could go back to college with the wisdom I posses now, I would go back in a heartbeat to buckle down and get an engineering or science degree. I gave up too easily on those subjects and ended up with a degree in a business-related field. My father pushed me to those subjects but as a brash and stubborn young person I did not follow that advice. Although my life is decent, in retrospect I probably would have done better in those fields. I am probably too introverted for business.

High school - no. It was not fun for me.

College - maybe. I would like a do-over academically, as I spent way more time hungover than at class. I would take it a bit more seriously. However, I had such a great time doing it. I don't think I could do those same stupid things again, with a middle aged mentality. Some things are for the young.

It was what it was at that given time, considering all factors, there is nothing to go back for, because moving forward we learn in retrospect anyway, if we engage to reflect back upon what we learned and take note to how things change and the attuned attentions we have about what is the world today.
There's reason why life does not afford "do overs".
We as people can confuse memories with realism if we are not careful, and become (one who fabricate imaginary experiences as compensation for loss of memory.)

Nah, but I wouldn't mind being twenty-nine again. That was a really great year.

Yeah, I would. I would drop out earlier. Also, would sue what's going on earlier (as in I would try to get someone to confess what's going on in detail earlier).

Default if you were given the chance to go back in time and revisit your school days , would you?

If I could, I'd take my college studies more seriously. I was able to cruise through w/o much effort and keep a C+/B- average. With a little work it could have been an A average.
