That is not what polling so far indicates.

When a candidate says he is going to end Social Security and Medicaid/care we do not need to provide details. He is going to take it all and redistribute poverty to our elderly.

PS: social security can be finances forever as a "pay as you go" system by eliminating the cap on taxable income and limiting the benefits to total incomes less than the 80th percentile. If you already have a generous pension you do not need or deserve anything from this income insurance system.

I am pleased that Mr. Preppie picked one of his own for VP. The choice perfectly articulates the Republican position on social and economic issues.

I'm still waiting for ANYONE on the Democrat side to tell me why I should vote FOR OBAMA, instead of AGAINST ROMNEY. You guys are dredging up all kinds of stuff about family history and some really stupid crap to try and paint Romney - the most benign candidate we've seen in a very long time - as some horrible person, but nobody's given me a single reason that Obama should be permitted to keep his job. Not one.

Isn't there SOMETHING Obama's done that you can support? Something that the whole country should be proud of him doing? 'Cuz all I'm seeing is attack, attack, attack, often with no basis in fact!

Obama knows he can't win if he campaigns on his record, and so do all of you. Maybe you should be considering that, instead of blindly cheerleading for the massive failure known as "the future former President Obama."

Awww, how cute. You've been watching the cartoon network again (MSNBC).

I'll give credit, though. You managed to spell 'loses' correctly, which is something very few public education students can do.

Paul Ryan’s great-grandfather started a construction company to build railroads and, eventually, highways
With the loonly left you always have to fact check. The key here, if we are to play this meaningless game the liberals are fond of playing is the railroad part. Earth to the Left railroads were built using private capital Vanderbilt ring a bell?

As for the highways if the government wants to build roads in order to move troops through the country quicker ie the national defense, which the feds are constitutionally mandated to do, that's ok. Funnelling our dollars so folks can buy baked goodies and McDonalds with food stamps is an entirely different matter,
