This tactic is typical Romney; conventional wisdom has said zingers have helped candidates in the past in debates, so that will be his strategy. Candidate Romney has not an original bone in his body, and at this point it's almost sad to watch...like a starving puppy who will do any trick necessary to be adopted by a human family.
Not a bad strategy to appeal to Willard's base which is mainly uneducated fools that don't have the intelligence to understand, nor care about the issues, though drop a "Obama is a Muslim!" and the right wing sheep will roar into applause.
Don't forget to say in tonight's debate that the trees in Colorado are just the right height.
That zinger worked like a charm in Michigan.
And by all means, Mitt, say that the weather today in Denver was just a little DISCONCERTING.
Say something like: "Today's Denver high temperature was in the 80s and tonight's low in the mid-30s. Burrrrrrrr! Gosh darn, speedos this afternoon and parkas and snow tonight. Wuuuuuunderful!!!!"

I was almost embarassed for Obama when I saw him talking about zingers. He looked 100% unpresidential and he was trying to be funny, but he wasn't. He is getting very nervous and desperate.

It doesnt matter to me if your an Obama fan or not. When you say stupid things like the economy is moving forward, I'm going to call it dumb.
The stimulus bill was $300B in food stamps stimulation, (while Obama claims he's not responsible for its increase), and a very small part of it actually involved spending. One thing though it ALL was removed from the economy, and one thing I learned in 3rd grade that if you subtract $800B, and then add $800B, its a net increase of ZERO into the economy...
And from your posting, you dont at all understand Romneys plan, and how could you considering he hasnt told anyone details. You are just relying upon the bs Obama fed you.
Economies go up and down ALL BY THEMSELF, its called a business cycle. Obama has done nothing to improve the increase, he's only slowed it down.
I don't think Romney understands his plan.....or even knows if he has one.

Yep, I totally agree with you. Just as the GOP has served up a record number of filibusters that were not actually played out as filibusters were intended to. It took Senator Bernie Sanders to show them how it's done back in 2010 when he spoke for 8 hours and 37 minutes on actual issues with facts and stats. These things have proven inconsequential to the right wing and Romney's camp has even admitted that fact checking is just an annoyance to their pathetic campaign. The base has the same disdain for integrity and "zingers and on liners" are right up their very narrow alley.

Obama is far from being a "socialist communist" that the right wing propaganda machine tries to make him out to be. In reality he's a center/right republican.
I'd call him a leftist-centrist Republican. Definitely not a real lefty,socialist or communist. Just left of center by Repub standards.
