Uncle Tom.

Unelectable.
Did you ever read Uncle Tom's Cabin by Harriet Beecher Stowe?

Wait, I already know the answer. No.

I am skeptical of Dr. Carson's candidacy. I don't think you apply for CEO for your first job in an industry. However one positive aspect of his candidacy is that he is sure to bring out the ignorance of his opposition.

If he dislikes gays that's negative for me. I have 3 family members who are gay. However, as long as he doesn't make it in to a big deal and just leave the subject alone I don't care.
I don't like guns either so that part doesn't bother me.

In the end I'm glad that he is running

I think if Carson were truly serious, he'd have demonstrated his competence for public office by successfully running and serving in congress or the senate first.

I don't care what race he is. I don't like the guy, and wouldn't vote for him, period.

Ditto with Cruz
Ditto with Rubio

Just as a post script, I wouldn't vote for Jebbers either.

Until the GOP can come up with a decent conservative (aka, not tea party crazy) I will not vote repub.

Is this the argument for Ben Carson's qualifications?

Cut taxes and regulations, and let American's do what they do best....work and make money. No more creating "victims"...if they want a piece of the American Dream, get out there and work for it...it's there, but it does take effort! Everything takes effort...

Whether he'll get the nomination or not...I don't know, but he sure as hell makes a lot of sense!

WHICH spending?

WHICH regulations?

Blaming the poor for everything is not a solution. I agree that TANF, etc. needs to be reformed to require people to move out of it, not stay in it. Tell me HOW he's going to do that.

Uphold the Constitution? How?

They all talk a great game, but when it comes down to nuts and bolts, not so much. EVERYBODY says this country is a mess. It is? Why?

Everyone want immigration reform...great, wonderful, NOBODY wants to go after the people who repeatedly hire illegals and pay them substandard wages. No demand...supply will decrease. It won;t stop altogether, but it will decrease. And building a 2000 mile long fence will not stop it.

Amybody who says prison makes people gay is an uninformed idiot. Just because someone is a Doctor doesn't make them a good President.

That's why I look at the voting record. Oh, wait, he doesn't have any.
