For the Democrats, you have a choice of a lying criminal or socialists and that's what they want to run this country.

Doesn't matter, really. The reality is that the President mainly has the ability to change the national conversation. Other than Supreme Court nominations and occasional vetoes, he/she has little real power as an individual legislator, and as Commander in Chief, usually follows the direction of the DOD/Pentagon.

That's why many view Hillary as a safe choice, as she is one of the few Centrists left standing in this election cycle. It will be business as usual. Kick the can down the road, so to speak.

Democrats have no focus on real economy.

Whites are doing this for a fact.

Both candidates have no idea about main street.

The reality is that NONE of the candidates, either Democrat or Republican in this election cycle ever talk about rebuilding industry or promoting innovation. The owners of my company have only one focus - making money at any cost, regardless of whether American workers and the American economy goes into the ditch in the process.

We need a President that will foster NEW industries and NEW ideas, and not a single one of these candidates in either Party has a clue how to do that.

I just see that Hillary lost SC to Trump! If you total all of the Democratic votes you will come up with about 386,000 for Clinton, Sanders and other. If you total up all of the Republican votes you end up with about 737,000 for all of the candidates and, of course, Trump had a fair share. But if Trump takes most of the states in Super Tuesday and the others drop out; he could end up with the bulk of the Republican votes. It is more likely they will vote Republican than they will vote Democratic.

I just don't see or hear Hillary galvanizing her flock. They go to vote with the clothespin on their nose or they do not even take the time to vote.

It's likely that Hillary hasn't had anything stuck in her in decades.

You certainly don't need voodoo to kill a 68 year-old who is basically rotting from the inside out. Time will take care of that.

Another disgusting post from a true Trumpster. Again, one of THE most disgusting things I have seen on CD.

Can you raise the level of discourse a bit?

You're as shallow as Hillary Clinton's "homebrew email server" defense.

For the fun of it, let's cover this one more time: Just because someone doesn't like Hillary, that DOES NOT MEAN that they are a Trump fan.

You've literally tried to compress politics down to an "if/then" statement, and well, that's just not true.

For the record, I'm a registered Independent who will likely vote Libertarian this year. While it would be best for the country if we had a Trump/Sanders contest for president -- it essentially would mean that the voters are over the garbage that the two-party platform produces -- that's probably not going to happen. If I had to vote Republican, I'd vote for John Kasich. He seems like he has more character and integrity than anyone on either side. If I had to vote Democrat, I'd vote for Sanders over Clinton, even though his ideas are well outside the norm. Hillary Clinton lies entirely too much to be trusted with the job of POTUS.

It's great that you're a Hillary fan, but just know that she's got a lot of baggage, and there's a lot of people who certainly don't trust her. Sanders hasn't exposed her for who she is, perhaps because he's been warned by the DNC. But it's interesting that the vice-chair of the DNC resigned today so she could endorse Sanders. Who knows, maybe Hillary won't get the nomination after all.

She's still younger than Sanders and Trump.
