I predict CA will give Bernie a boost. But if he still ends up less pledged delegates, and if Clinton is indicted by the FBI, what's likely to happen at DNC convention? And what if she's indicted after the convention?
She could still run but she can't hide, I mean she could still run but that type of thing would definitely tarnish her campaign. I think a bunch of people would panic and support another candidate.

Clinton is not going to be indicted. Not before the DNC. Not before the election. Not after she takes office in January. Deal with it.
I am still hoping that justice is served when it comes to Clinton. I do think Bernie's popularity is partly driven by her being judged for her negligence by the court of public opinion. They are "showing" her!
I had heard something yesterday that some of the superdelegates were leaving the door open for Sanders at this time. I think as it comes more clear that Hillary doesn't have the support, she is in more danger of paying for her negligence as Secretary of State.

Wow you are such a malicious person. There is something called innocent until proven guilty.
