Generally speaking, most recounts confirm the original tally. There are usually some changes around the margins. The most recent example of a recount changing the original tally and having a different winner that I can think of was in Wisconsin and the election of now Sen. Franken. Strangely enough poll workers found numerous ballot boxes in their closets and car trunks as the recount went on.
Is that right?

There are two ways to request a recount in Pennsylvania.
1. The first way to file a court appeal and present a prima facie case (and convince a judge) that it was more probable than not that voter fraud took pace.
2. The other way is to have at least 3 voters in each precinct file an affidavit with the Board of Elections.
Jill Stein is attempting Option 2.
Obviously, because THERE IS NO PROOF OF VOTER FRAUD.

Trump's vote count in Wisconsin has been reduced by 4,913 votes due to "errors" discovered in Sauk and Outagamie counties. Clinton's vote count was only reduced by 199. The new totals now stand at
1,382,011 Clinton
1,404,536 Trump = +22,525
Trump has lost about 20% of his lead just from this "error."
I have some questions:
- Both counties reported more votes cast for president than ballots actually processed (turnout higher than 100%). How does that happen?
- The corrected results show a close race. Why were there 25 times more extra votes for Trump than for Clinton?
- How can the same type of "error" (more votes than ballots, and always heavily on the Trump side) happen in two different counties separated by nearly 100 miles?
- One official was quoted as saying the problem was "human error," while another blamed a bad modem. It is difficult to imagine how random error would occur in two different places simultaneously and in both cases, generate excess votes for Trump but not Clinton.
Something stinks in Wisconsin and it ain't the cheese. There needs to be both a recount and an audit.

Besides that, a simple search of that twitter user verifies this is nothing but garbage.
This recount should be taken seriously. For a very weak candidate such as Trump to win all those swing states, something just doesn't add it. Say it was poor working class whites who swung this election if you wish. Wake up people!

Maybe you should read what Obama posted. Voting machines are not connected to the Internet.
Michigan uses Paper Ballots and then Certifies them before releasing totals - that's why it took so long to find out that Trump won Michigan. They don't use computers at all.
None of this has to do with Vote Totals - it's much more likely that they intend to attempt to nullify the Elector Votes in 3 States and not let them vote at all ..... why would they do this?
The get Trump's Electoral Vote below 270 - then they will call him an illegitimate President.

Then Pennsylvania, Wisconsin & Michigan lose their Elector Vote .... which brings Trump's total down to 260. That HAS to be their purpose - they are attempting to cause a Constitutional Crisis where the House has to vote. Pretty despicable. The LEFT owns this mess, the rest of the USA will punish them if they pull this stunt off.
If he had one ounce of class or dignity he would recognize this as a right that Jill Stein has and just accept this and move on. BTW doesn't he have a few other things to do like putting a cabinet and team together to prepare to run this country - or is that all up to Mike Pence?
