BUT, the reality is that Trump has made this political though. That is a horrible horrible thing. I suspect he may be committing crimes by holding it over her and making it political.

Once he said he would not prosecute this should have been over, now he is flip flopping for POLITICAL and personal reasons. Thats wrong.

And we should have done this WAY before she won the primary.
Trump made his first faux pas as pres elect in announcing he would not proceed with prosecution of Hillary, as the Clintons are hurting enough already from the election campaign. He wanted to appear like the regal merciful one, above the fray and divine in his judgement maybe. It all was too hasty and the first complete flip flop by Trump. Did he think Hillary would just go away and reflect on her life , even write a book on reconciliation in the world and how she has finally found God in her life?. This is Hillary Clinton and she will never change , has not the capacity to change and does not want to change.

Again, Trump messed up with his great show of compassion and mercy to Hillary. A egregious about face to his supporters. It was almost like Trump was showing fatigue in his decision to leave the Clintons alone now. This is a wake up call for Trump, there are many still out to get him. Keep the nice words anymore for those who deserve it.

Hillary should not be investigated!

Vote accordingly to what you believe should happen with Hillary.

I also wonder if you have changed your mind due to the re-count.

Hillary was the one who was so appalled by Trump not immediately saying that he would accept the election result as Hillary claimed she would do! Again she lied!
Why should she be investigated, for what?

The media is not who we are talking about. The same standards should apply. Trump has not been transparent (taxes) and we are already seeing situations where stalled Trump projects are suddenly moving forward with his election.

I'm all for investigating Clinton as long as there is a public apology if there is nothing of consequence found and the same standards applied to Trump.

Days after Donald Trump’s election victory, a news agency in the former Soviet republic of Georgia reported that a long-stalled plan for a Trump-branded tower in a seaside Georgian resort town was now back on track.

Likewise, the local developer of a Trump Tower planned for *Buenos Aires announced last week, three days after Trump spoke with Argentina’s president, that the long-delayed project was moving ahead.

Meanwhile, foreign government leaders seeking to speak with Trump have reached out to the president-elect through his overseas network of business partners, an unusually informal process for calls traditionally coordinated with the U.S. State Department.

All of it highlights the muddy new world that Trump’s election may usher in — a world in which his stature as the U.S. president, the status of his private ventures across the globe and his relationships with foreign business partners and the leaders of their governments could all become intertwined.

The Repukes just hate the Clintons even in her defeat and have been going after them for the past 3 decades.
Go waste more taxpayer money on another witch hunt ! Too bad we can't get back the $50 million for Whitewater or the $7 Million for the multiple investigations on Benghazi!

Repukes are vengeful and petulant just like their president is & will be !

She needs to be investigated without a DoJ or President who will pretend nothing happened.

Please stop. Comments like "Repukes" is both childish, and damaging to discussion. Its just as bad as the nonsense I hear from the right, and it shouldnt be done.

Go ahead. Is the Republican party going to reimburse the country the $50 million dollars they wasted on Whitewater? And will Trump be held to the same standard? That's all I want. If Republicans waste tens of millions of dollars on a witch hunt like they did with Whitewater and the Clinton Christmas Card list, they have to pay it back. And if Trump's actions such as mixing business with government cause concern, etc. the same investigations are applied to him.

Trump has no legal standing to press for or to supress further investigation.

It is the duty of the DOJ, mainly via the FBI to handle the case.

It is the charge of the American public these offices do their collective duty. To grant immunity or exclusion is inexcusable especially since both the Director and the AG have longstanding personal relationships with the person(s) subject to investigation. And clearly, both do in this case.
