Hillary should not be investigated!

Vote accordingly to what you believe should happen with Hillary.

I also wonder if you have changed your mind due to the re-count.

Hillary was the one who was so appalled by Trump not immediately saying that he would accept the election result as Hillary claimed she would do! Again she lied!
right now I am torn: I am really beside myself with this recount nonsense and would think those who are supporting it, would also support a full investigation of Clinton, but I know the left does not think that way. My other 1/2 says, leave it alone, let it be and hope the Clintons just fade into the sunset.

What's her crime? I mean is it anything like starting a fraudulent university? Child rape? Groping the opposite sex? Russian ties to the point of treason?

Perhaps, once Trump is POTUS and Obama can no longer give Clinton a pardon, things will look different. If Trump was now saying he would prosecute, Obama could give Clinton a pardon, right?

I believe that Trump will listen to what the people want once he is sitting in the Oval Office.

Maybe she will go down as the female AL Capone. Not found guilty for criminal offense but getting caught for something similar like tax evasion.

+1. I think she should be hot water for the sham of the Clinton Foundation. That will tarnish the name a bit more

I was onboard with Trump saying "She's suffered enough" and letting the whole thing drop. But the Wicked Witch of New York has done everything she could to start a revolutionary war in her mad grab for power -- all while pretending not to. At this point I say give her no quarter. Investigate her to the fullest and let the chips fall where they may.

If she has nothing to hide then no harm no foul. But I think we all know she has plenty to hide.

I'd tend to agree - let it go.

I will add, however, on her side she should come forward and put a stop to all this "recount" crap that continues to divide but will change nothing. I'm not holding my breath for that either.
losing an election or failing health doesn't excuse anyone incl. Hillary from breaking the law with impunity. No one is above the law.

Trump now has access to top secret intel. Is there a chance he saw something so horrifying in those Hillary investigations that he changed his mind? I suspect its pretty bad
