I am going to respond to the question in the title of this thread since the contents of this thread seem to be crazy-talk. Should black America blame Whitey? Yes and no. There certainly are racist policies legislated by White America for example the disparity between sentences for powder cocaine (statistically more non-Blacks use powder) and crack cocaine (generally used by Blacks), racial profiling by police, the justice system usually handing out harsher sentences to blacks and a higher conviction rate for blacks. However many of the racial problems in the US are propagated by a "complacent" black population. I say complacent because they seem to be content to play the role white society envisions for them, that of the thuggish, oversexed, drug using, good at sports, musical, good dancing, irresponsible black man. Most blacks are content to fit this stereotype and thus are more easily thought of as savages, as other, as people to be marginalized. Society rewarding them for this behavior with sports contracts or rap careers breeds more complacency in blacks to avoid seeking out education as a way of improving themselves but simply to try and be the best caricature of themselves that they can be
