Washington County official back on CNN (audio)...

They are changing the procedure to speed it up....

He says results will now be 'several hours' from now.

Not that anyone can say for sure, but it certainly seems like it will be going into a recount with Lamb holding a very small lead going into that. And bottom line, this is still a 20 point swing away from GOP 2016 numbers

I wonder if we will hear from any Westmoreland County officials re speeding up the count of the 1808 absentee ballots in that county?

Several hours to count 1195 ballots? Geesh, I understand they have to do both electronic and hand counting but that's ridiculous! Why they wait so long to count these ballots is beyond me....

Westmoreland will announce absentee ballots results in about 30 minutes.

Lamb = 111,875 + (3206 * 0.4) = 113,157
Saccone = 111,028 + (3206 * 0.6) = 112,952

So a 60-40 split in favor of Saccone won't do it, at least just looking at the absentees.

Lamb = 111,875 + (3206 * 0.3) = 112,837
Saccone = 111,028 + (3206 * 0.7) = 113,272

And a 30-70 split in favor of Saccone would do it. So I guess it's less than the 74% I said above.

And again, with a race this tight, Saccone spent $10.9 million, Lamb $4.7 million. Whose votes cost less?
