Looks like the political winds are shifting in some corners.

"We have someone who is better than Trump. Way better than Trump," Jones said, describing DeSantis as the person Trump "should be like."

Yes—
I guess there was nothing about DeSantis on Jones’s phone data

Not sure Jones is helping Desantis by endorsing him. Jones' fans would, I expect, for the most part vote for Desantis over a Democratic candidate regardless of his endorsement. I think Jones' endorsement would be a liability among a majority of independents, which is who he needs to win over.

FWIW, most normal people likely aren't tracking what Alex Jones is up to or who he endorses and/or they don't care.

What's your definition of 'normal'?
Alex Jones' disgrace has been covered like a blanket for the past 2 years. Even those who have no interest at all in politics has to know who he is now from all the exposure he's gotten.

None of that exposure was good for Jones. Rightly so; no one in their right mind would publicly attack the grieving parents of little dead school kids who were first-graders.

I seriously doubt Jones is thought to be normal now, if he ever was thought to be normal before.
For sure, Jones made himself a career from being abnormally out of control.

His recommendation won't help DeSantis any. As long as DeSantis ignores it, it probably won't hurt him either.

An Alex Jones endorsement could be the kiss of death.

Alex Jones should also endorse Kari Lake, Mark Finchem, and Blake masters to get them to the finish line.

Birds of a feather.

What does DeSantis think of his backer?

Jones’s audience is almost totally Trump supporters so for him to skew to DeSantis shows that some people are looking to the future…
Trying to get ahead of the curve…
