The really funny stuff is that you guys look forward to crap like this from the people that are brain washing you....It's like all the Hitler followers looking forward to hearing Hitler speak.

Of course he's going to tell you want you want to hear.....did that mean it's the truth or should be thought of as something that should even be acknowledged?

And no Obama is not Hitler it's an analogy get over it.

We wouldn't have to hear things from reporters over seas if Obama wasn't running for our presidential seat over there. We would hear straight from the horses mouth instead of the rumor game. Which is most likely why McCain refused media coverage....it's a distraction from doing his duty/job. Obama doesn't see it like that he has star fever ever since that campaign speech @ the DNC in 2004.

What's really funny is that if Obama showed up and the place was half-empty, you'd be saying how really unpopular the guy is and how nobody wants to see him speak. But seeing as the place was teeming with thousands, you cry that they're all a bunch of brainwashed fools.

Is it that jealousy showing? Do you think McCain could ever pull off an event like that? In any country?

So you in warped world of logic, completely different crowds for different things are the same?

Case closed indeed.

Part of being president is the whole public image/symbol thing. The president is the "face of America", and so he should be well-liked and popular IN ADDITION TO having good policies. Approval/popularity and policy efficacy often go hand-in-hand, too.

You're going to compare the turnout at a pop concert with that of a political speech?

You're joking, right?

"so you in warped world of logic"

ok, I will take a logic class just as soon as you take an english class. I think you meant to say, "so in your warped world of logic." it is the same thing in that, people are idiots. you can get a bunch of idiots to one place. his crowds don't impress me much like crowds for the backstreet boys didn't impress me. he is an image, and he is for sale.

political speech? you mean empty campaign promises. yes, I compare them. both selling an image, and idiots are buying into the image. I can't believe that you can't see the similarity.
