Yes, you are correct that both sides have issues. I do see the left as much more hateful than the right, but the right still has issues. This is why I have no affiliation. I hate the party system. I vote for the best candidate. My record is about 50/50 Democrat/Republican, with a sprinkle of independents.

Good for you! This is they way we should look at things. If I didn't vote for a candidate because of an issue I have with them, I couldn't vote for anyone.

Appreciate the offer, but I've never taken the 'detour' and don't intend on starting.

Make sure you keep it localized to airport men's rooms and be careful whose foot you tap.

So, basically, you're saying people shouldn't be praying?

No I am voting McCain - Palin because I'm a registered Independent and make my choices based on numerous issues.

I've been voting since Carter and learned that no single ticket or party shares people's beliefs 100% except those who just adopt the party line and don't have strong opinions or regardless of their strong opinions.

I'm also an animal rights activist and Alaska has some problems with animals but I prioritize. Just like all politicians do when developing their platforms and positions.

Bud
It would be nice if they could focus on praying that God's will be done instead of trying to give God directions.

Obama still holding out on gay marriage (against), but give FlipFlop Boy some time, he'll come round.

Sure - an extreme mullah prays for his people and would be ok with destroying the US. A fanatic here (who "hears" from god) is ok with wiping out the mullah's neighborhood. Let me know which "god" to pray to.
