Seems to me Obama is encouraging 'Families in Need' more then he is encouraging getting out and take care of YOURSELF and YOUR OWN FAMILY!!!
Why do people act like it's your RIGHT to not have a job or to have children they can't afford. It would be nice if we could see the Democract side supporting people of NEED to not have children that THEY, THEIR SELVES can not take care of. And that it's every American's right to have a job, not excepting everyone else to "Share the Wealth".
If they were told that by having a JOB, that it will take them a lot further in life, not just barely making it on welfare., if we didn't think it was someones elses job to take care of you and your children.
Yea, but killing babies due to reckless sexual activity is sad and I gotta tell ya, I don't like it! An I'll betcha Josephine would agree!
Newsflash, Erma: Not all abortions are due to reckless sexual activity. (Birth control methods do fail you know) There are a LOT of legitimate reasons why a person might choose to terminate a pregnancy.
I don't want Obama taking my money and then distributing it to others, including special interest groups. As evidenced by his past dealings, sound judgement is not his strong suit. Denial, on the other hand...he's a master.
Sound judgement, such as choosing a VP would tend to not favor McCain (you may disagree but many are holding this against him), and I think aside from those already supporting McCain, the Ayers and Acorn discussion last night completely derailed McCain's very strong showing in the debate up until that point. A strategic error, that allowed Obama to outline his gold-plated bipartisan advisors (whether or not you believe him). From a debate tactic it backfired. McCain was kicking his behind up until that point (and I am an Obama-bot ).
As for the move to Ireland referenced in the other posts, I thought it was obvious that most companies were shifting operations due to excellent beer and happy hour programs...

But you're comfortable with the government taking your money and distributing it to slacker puppet governments who do not benefit the US and to well connected private industries through no-bid contracts?

That is what the socialist agenda is all about, fostering dependence, NOT independence on the government run programs. It is their raison d'etre to make everyone "equal", and by god if that means stealing your hard earned money, so be it. Get used to it. The unthinking and unwise who vote Obama are ushering it in for you on the government's platter of limited possibilities.
