I do not know you, I don't care to know you, based on your postings, so why should I care about your opinion of me?

How about the fact that Annenberg himself was a billionaire Republican who funded the board?

How about the fact that Obama was invited to be on the board not by Ayers, but by two of the other board members?

What else?

Oh yes, Ayers--a fellow board member-- held a fund-raiser for Obama's Senate campaign in his house. At which several other leading members of Chicago society were present.

That's it. That is the extent of Obama's relationship to Ayers.

The enormous claims that have been made by the neo-cons about their supposed "close friendship" are simply pure, unadulterated bullsh*t. Fear-mongering. Fear-baiting. Whipping up the frenzy of the base.

I mean seriously, folks. Get. A. Clue.

Yea, he was... that is not the point here. What matters IMHO is not the age differences, but that Obama has kept company with quite interesting company.

Exactly. They moan to use my brain so I watched it. Found nothing. I did research, not just yahoo, from news media, and found nothing.
The inference people are trying to make is Obama is a terrorist by association with Ayers. And I found nothing.
Now they will still not be happy.

Did you even read the list of other members of the board?

How about the company McCain keeps? Besides G. Gordon Liddy, I mean:

Video: McCain's "Spiritual Guide" Wants America to Destroy Islam (http://bravenewfilms.org/blog/38133-mccain-s-spiritual-guide-wants-america-to-destroy-islam - broken link)

Sorry, but all this blather about Ayers is nothing less than covert hate speech. You people should be deeply ashamed of yourselves, because this kind of hate is anti-American and anti-democratic.
