Only the people listed would be allowed to obtain the certificate anyway, same as anyone else. Besides, if it is a "Birth Certificate" from Hawaii, that would make him a natural born citizen, would it not?

Linda Lingle has placed the candidate's birth certificate under seal and instructed the state's Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances. And there is not one single reference to Obama having done anything to affect this in any of the articles that aren't forums or blogs.
