Not trying to kill the party... but personal insults are against the rules. Surely you can have a party without calling each other names

It's pretty important that we do get along with the world and anyone who says otherwise is being a bit foolish.

That being said, I hope that people aren't voting for Obama because of what the world thinks. It shouldn't be a top priority. Top 10 - maybe. Not the top one though. Just realize that they don't have the same stake in this election as you do.

Also, Canada, France and Germany recently elected conservative leaders after having liberal leaders for years. Food for thought.

Listening isn't the same as negotiating with terrorists. I'm listening to you, which is not the same as believing a thing you say or lending you credibility you didn't earn.

Can we measure how weak we are now after 8yrs of nonsense? How in debt are we? How many trillions gone down a hole in middle east with little to nothing to show for it? How much of tax payer $$$$$ unaccounted for in Iraq? How many American assets are owned lock stock and barrel to foreign interests? You fear communism? Why do they own our butts? Strung out all over the world fighting someone else's civil war isn't doing anything toward keeping our national interests or defenses strong. Quite the opposite.

Ike would roll over in his grave if he saw the pitiful state of his party at this point in time. Clean up your act folks.

It no longer rules the world or even gets the World respect it deserves. Hopefully Obama will turn that around and America will be respected abroad again. America is an amazing country, just too many elitist nut jobs in control.

Who thinks we are still in the "Wild West"? Not sure what you mean by this comment.

Well, I am afraid the german "conservative" leaders would be considered liberals here. In fact they are trying to outdo the social democrats in some instances, such as giving more "kindergeld" to families etc.

We should care about Europe because they are the ones who are buying most of our crap and being on good terms with by far the biggest economy in the world is a good thing last I checked.
