That particular use of the term "that Jew" was derogatory epithet. Using the term to describe a person's faith can be neutral as in "he is a Jew." Or “they are Christians.”
Technically, I think nononsense is correct.. Liberals can proclaim the right all kinds of names but dont dare let someone what they are, like a jew, a jew, and someone black, black..
