Being that less than 2% of the nation's economy has significant government oversight, it's a stretch at best to consider Obama a "Socialist".

I am serious look how the deficit grew under those three presidents, O wait I forgot Americans should have selective memories when we talk about republicans and spending and morality.
You do realize that under Reagan, every budget cut he proposed to Congress was declared dead on arrival by Tip O'Neill?
You also do realize that, on average, Congress spent 2.8% more than Reagan asked for and a huge cumulative 24.5%?
While I do not agree with your "Our economy is still in a nose dive" comment (seen the stock market lately....almost 5 digits)....I don't agree with his choices, lack of urgency in cabinet selections or his waffling.
You CANNOT judge him on the economy because it took about 8-12 years to create this beast.....6 month will not turn it around. Anyone who expected this an idiot and I will take a rep point hit for that. 6 months does not reverse a decade plus of bad decisions, greedy companies and stupid people.
It took longer than "8-12 years". It started with Carter. Be that as it may, Obama has made things much worse. And I believe it is on purpose.

Has it ever occurred to anyone that the money that is spent on the US will in the long run become profitable? Anyone with any business sense knows that you have to spend money to make money. Some of the money that was lent to banks earlier has started to pay off including the interest, but funny no one seems to be mentioning that bit of trivia. Incidentally I rather we go into debt fixing OUR own probelms rather than send money to other countries fixing theirs.
Watch, in 3 more years everyone bashing Obama will have to eat their words.
