The city doesn't really matter. You need to first qualify and get a job. Not easy if you aren't German or EU. And Germany only has a shortage of workers in a few specific disciplines.
All these cities have good economies, lots of expats and are safe and fine for a young person.
Yes, we have already told you, it doesn't really matter which city you go to. For someone coming from India those bigger German cities are basically all the same.
So, focus on getting a job - anywhere.
You might also try cities such as Münster and Dortmund. They are both close to Hamm, where there is a huge Hindu temple and a bigger Indian community. This way you won''t feel so alone and far from home
Regarding your question re jobs (please don't write such things on my profile page), you should learn German and then look for jobs on German job portals, just like everyone else does.
However, there might be an easier way: get hired by a German company with a presence in India (there are a lot in Bangalore etc.). After a year or two you might ask to be transferred to Germany, in which case the company would take care of most formalities.
Apart from my job discussion what do you guys think which is the great city from above????
The differences are subtle and I doubt you care if I tell you that Cologne is stereotypically more Catholic and easy-going/like to party or Stuttgart is traditionally more Lutheran, serious/people are supposedly cheap. They are all pretty similar if you're coming from India.
Maybe only Berlin would feel noticably different, because of history and geography (maybe Hamburg a bit too, because Northerners are a little different). But again, coming from India, they all probably look and feel about the same.
