Considering spending a month in either Barcelona, Berlin, or Milan. I know there is a migrant crisis going on and I perhaps might be perceived as a migrant in some cases because of my skin color though I'm pretty distinctly Latino looking. I'm just worried about being profiled and being mistreated because of it?
It depends on where you go I guess... Anyways, there is no concept of American Latino in Europe, so people will not treat you like one.
If your Spanish is native or close to native level, people in Barcelona will assume you are Latin-American (from the country of your origins)
If your Spanish is not so good or non-existant, then people will assume you are American.
In Berlin and Milan, as language is a non issue, people will assume you are either an American or a Latin American with good English.
Either way, I don't see how you could be profiled or mistreated because of that.
Given you are just visiting I doubt you will encounter any discrimination. You are certainly much more at risk for discrimnation in the US than in any of the places you're intending to visit.

The USA thinks that all Europe is whitey white white. The migrant crisis isn't the first time people in Europe have seen people of different skin colour. Most larger cities in Europe (500k+ population) have been multi-racial for a good 30 years now, some like the UK, well before that - since the 40's!!!
There will be no issue in any western European city, Eastern Europe maybe but again unlikely!

I have to laugh at this because it's so true. Americans just assume the entire world is obsessed with race because that's pretty much normal in the U.S.

But don't forget that at some countries there are towns and villages which are getting their first migrants not untill now.

No matter how long, there will be always racists and haters. Drunkers might comment, old folks could comment.. But then just "ignore" those nasty comments, they tend to comment locals too if they are on the bad mood.
American Latinos I have seen around are white, they are perceived as American. Never seen American Latinos as in movies. Sometimes arrives a couple of some white person married to somebody that could be Mexican, in the last case, she was a filipino woman.
Since many Americans speak Mexican, people do not know. Friendly people and heavy tippers and very sociable.
There is no such concept. You won't have any stereotypes, because Europeans don't even think of such a thing.
Latin Americans are very rare in Europe outside of Spain. You won't find too many random Ecuadorians or Mexicans or Colombians in Poland or France or wherever. It's kind of "off the radar".
If you are fully Americanized you will just be another Yankee, probably.

I definitely don't know how you conclude this. Makes no sense on any level.
