This morning I hit the 6am class. Today's workout was "CrossFit Totals 2" - which is work to your 1RM on Cleans, Bench and Overhead squat. You're only allowed 3 attempts at your 1RM.

My results:

Clean - 195lbs
Bench - 215lbs
OHS - 135lbs

I should have done better on OHS, but I wasn't focused and bailed on my first try (2nd overall lift) at 135lbs. Overall I'm pretty satisfied - my form is holding me back on my clean 1RM, so that needs work. I need to do more OHS in general, especiall at "heavy" weights. Bench could be much better, but that's not really my focus - 215 is my bodyweight.

I rode my bike 35 miles today from Mount Vernon, VA to the Jefferson Memorial in DC and back. I used to think it was amazing that George Washington did it on a horse.
