My current post workout shake....

~1 cup water (warm or cold)
1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
1.5 cups sweet potato (cooked, boiled)
4 raw whole eggs
Truvia (sweetener is optional really...it can help with the taste though)

Servings: about a full blender
Calories: ~782
Protein: ~54 g
Carbs: ~102 g
Fat: ~19 g

that is a very interesting protein drink.

2 6oz cans Tuna in water(or oil if on Bodyopus Diet)
2 cups water or skim milk
4 large ice cubes

-----

1 can solid white tuna in water,drained
2 1/2 cups V-8 juice
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil (optional)
2 tbsp lemon juice
a dash of a good Habanero pepper sauce

------

200gm Tuna in Water (Drained of course)
1+1/4 Pint Semi-Skimmed Milk
2 Large Raw Eggs
2 Medium Sized Bananas
3 Heaped Teaspoons Protein Suppliment (Egg and Milk Whey)
