Ran/jogged a little over 6 miles early on today...steep hills thru neighborhoods, sidewalks and finished off with a trail run. Made some room for the turkey

today 1hr elliptical + 24 minutes stairs
tomorrow 1hr+ weights

ate mucho yesterday and today.

30 minutes cardio elliptical and bike machine.

5 sets of military press, arm curls, less press, lat pulldown, cable row.

Top of my right foot is finally feeling good, almost completely 'healed.'

I'm afraid to squat yet though, maybe give it a little more time before trying again.

Today did 5 sets of barbell rows (about 4-5 reps each), 4 sets of pullups, 9 sets different pulldown machine, 5 sets row machine, and 43 minutes on the stationary cycle.

Went for it today at home.

Did 10 sets of squats at a light weight, 135 pounds, in order to take it relatively easy and see how my right foot felt.

First set was 5 reps, second set was 9 reps, and remaining sets were 8 reps each. Focused on technique and form.

Right foot feels fine, so encouraged about that.

I did a 45 minute spin class today.

It was my first spin class, and it was wonderful!!!

I'll be going back again for another beating in a few days..
