Ran/jogged a little over 6 miles early on today...steep hills thru neighborhoods, sidewalks and finished off with a trail run. Made some room for the turkey
Top of my right foot is finally feeling good, almost completely 'healed.'
I'm afraid to squat yet though, maybe give it a little more time before trying again.
Today did 5 sets of barbell rows (about 4-5 reps each), 4 sets of pullups, 9 sets different pulldown machine, 5 sets row machine, and 43 minutes on the stationary cycle.
It was my first spin class, and it was wonderful!!!
I'll be going back again for another beating in a few days..
