So far I've jogged/walked today. Waiting for the husband to check out the DVD player to figure out why it won't play my Slim in 6 DVD. Once that's fixed I'll press play and do that workout.

45 mins of cardio as most the treadmills have broken in the gym all of a sudden so none open to walk my other 20 mins. Arms/light abs

Heavy lower body today and I killed it.

Squats (hit another new max!)
DB Romanian Deadlifts
Reverse lunges

5 sets of 5 reps, 225 pounds. My legs still felt stiff and not fully recovered from Saturday (getting old sucks).

But I grinded through.

5 sets of pullups, 5 sets of military press, and 5 sets of EZ barbell curls.

Was COLD and very foggy this morning when I ran my 5k. Its 4:00 and about 74 degrees now. Will try to get a Crossfit workout done before going to pick up the little one from school.

25 minutes on Jacobs Ladder, 2400 feet. 20 minutes on spin bike. 10 minutes rowing. 30 minutes jumping rope and abs mixed in.
