I wasn't feeling it today at all, but forced myself to do a quick bike ride, just over 10mi. The wind was dead in my face for much of it, so it was a bit better workout than I anticipated!
Yesterday and today were recovery days for me. I spent my time recovering doing yard work. Planting, hauling mulch bags, garden soil, moving trees (yes, moving trees) and breaking through Virginia ground, which is either all gravel or all clay. After my two days of recovery, I am worn out.
I'm sidelined today. I had a hard time finishing my workout Saturday, so I knew something was off. Sure enough, I woke up yesterday with whatever bug has been going around (2 of the kids and the Mr. all had it); achy and completely exhausted today, too.
Yesterday (evening):
Did a 6 miler (more or less) jogging/running/walking...this after a couple of weeks break. Did not used my RunKeeper application to measure a more accurate distance.
Today (afternoon):
Probably will do a 3 miler at a faster pace.
