Yesterday - hubby ran out of gas early (tired and hungry) so I had to wrap things up earlier than usual as well. During the lunch hour I did cardio - elliptical and treadmill. Ran an extra two minutes for additional calorie burn since Wednesday was "cheat day". In the evening, 10 minutes on the stepmill, followed by weights - chest press, shoulder shrugs, lat pulldown with closed grip, bicep curls, hammers/reverse hammers, delt raises, abs (120 crunches).
3 sets of five push ups, upward dog and lunges followed by like a .25 mile run, then tabata rounds (4 of each) of sit ups and mountain climbers. 2 minute spider abs, 2 minutes side plank hold (each side), 1 minute mountain climbers, 100 seconds of the same, 90 seconds of the same, minute of it, 30 seconds of it, stretch and done.
