Coming down with a goddamn cold. Didn't have the energy to do anything demanding other than casual walking. But even that won't last if this cold hits home

That’s really good. Anything close to sub 2hrs is great. Good job!

Ok, I need to ramp up my routine, my mid section is not responding as well as the rest of me, and while it's nothing horrible, I would like to see better.

Today was strength, but I started with treadmill for 5 mins on 8 incline at 3.5 speed. Did my normal strength but pushed to do heavier and ran sprints between each exercise.

For a couple weeks I am adjusting my diet to less carbs. Nothing drastic, and all veggies are fine.

We were supposed to do a 5 mile hike with the dogs after but we have been getting some pretty intense thunder storms and I am not THAT eager.

Walking incline on the treadmill to warm up then did 24 dead lifts. I worked up from 135 to 225. Have yet to go above 225. Then some curls and upper back cable exercises.

Thanks. And a sub 2hr is what I'm aiming for at next month's half.

This morning - only capable of light-resistance x bike of around 11 miles before giving up and going back to bed with ongoing cough and cold
