I tried swimming for awhile - I can run, bike and feel I'm in pretty decent shape, but for some reason swimming exhausts me. I'd really like to be able to swim for 30 mins straight like I see a lot of people do, but I'm good for several laps then need to rest for minute. It's all about the breathing, I guess....but after a 30 min session of laps, I feel like I've done something.

might be able to get in one final run (well, hopefully not "FINAL"), but last run before the hurricane hits my city......getting a little gusty outside....just got back from another quick bike ride and it's pretty tough going against the wind.

Strength circuit (8 exercises, 3 sets 10 each) with various abs in between and then 10 minutes of cardio. Last an hour.

You may also find one that is cheaper. I got one for $40. I plan to do it every few months as I progress. I found it to be informative.

I did a Megaformer class this morning. This week hasn't been great from an exercise perspective. Lots of late hours. I got in 3 Megaformer classes but no spin. Hoping to do more tomorrow.

8.3 mile run at a 9:02/mile pace, following yesterday's 15.1 mile run at a 8:57/mile pace. I sort of can't wait until Oct 29th to get my 1st marathon over with. I'm really feeling the mileage load I've encountered this year, already up to 1,550 miles.
