Please take care of your back. I jacked mine moving recently and it took a couple of days for sciatic pain to go away.

I am going to hit the fitness center at my new complex today for the first time. Will do 30 minutes of cardio.

Have a pleasant day everyone

I was planning a great workout...but fate raised her fickle finger--and I broke my toe this AM. Broke it doing laundry--laundry is dangerous. Actually I caught my toe on the door jamb next to the laundry.

Anyhow, cannot get on gym shoes. Toe swollen; painful. Wearing flip flops.

Bummer.

Have been parking further away from office location to get in some light cardio to and from work. An added bonus, or at least I hope so, am also taking stairs each day--morning & evening-- instead of elevator too.
