I speed walked the two miles to the gym (my warmup), then did an upper body workout (chest, back, shoulders, triceps), then the Cybex Arc for 50 minutes. I'm addicted to that machine!

DH then picked me up...I didn't walk the two miles home.

Due to our schedule I didn't do cardio yesterday. Today was 25 mins on stair machine, and 35 mins of weights, situps and pushups

35 mins cardio machines, 25 mins sit ups, push ups, arm weights. 30 mins racquetball.

Today I did two sets of barbell bicep curls, 75 lbs (bar plus 10&5 plates each side), 10 reps each set; and two sets of barbell bent over rows, same weight, did 20 reps the first set and 21 reps the second set

Finished with leg press, leg extensions, lat pull downs, cable rows and ab work.
