Skipped today because I had to go to orientation for work super early. Will be back in but getting up at 4:30 to have enough time to workout and be at work on time
Started new job. Sweating to beyond death. Walked 14k steps yesterday. No time to hit the gym. I'm so exhausted when I get home that I just drink wine and eat and go to bed.
Going to try and find my balance next week on gym/work time

I've had this row machine for a few years and have never really used it. Does anyone who does use one know if it really is a good workout for all around fitness, or just for the upper body? I'd like to start using it finally, but I don't want to just bulk up my upper body.

Lucky you! Rowing is 60-70% thighs/gluts, the rest divided between back and arms. It’s a great workout!
