90 minutes walk that started at 4:20 AM in 83 Humid degrees out in the open and the darkness...The Gyms in Miami, because of the Pandemia open way too late for my taste, therefore I have writen them off for quite a while.

I walk in a Shopping Center well lit and with Security, and in case it starts to rain, there is cover, because the entire perimiter of the Center has a wide and covered Area in front of all the businesses, The place is exactly 1 mile from home, so it works great for me. The best part is that other than people showing up early for work at a Publix Supermarket, there really is no traffic of any kind, by the time I go home the Super has not even opened yet, they do that at 7AM.

And by the time I get ready to drive home I am soakinn wet, because anything over 80 degrees and humidity will do that to anyone exercising.

Miami Heat during the day is not for me. I sweat enough in the Dark. I normally walk 27-29 days in any given month, in August I have not skipped one yet.

Ran for a mile and did 60 lunges with 50 pound dumbbells in each hand. I wanted to squat after that, but my legs were done. I've found that these lunges are an excellent leg workout.

Another 90 minutes workout, just like yesterday, a tad cooler, 79 degrees but humidity was noticeable, all vehicles wet with the DEW.

Missed totally both stray cats in the Center that once in a while I feed.

Waiting for the LA Fitness goinn back to the 5AM Opening, I hope its soon.

Greetings

I'm not going to the gym even though it is open. Today was typical. Did yoga and walked. Then worked in the garden. I moved a stack of bricks to my brick pile from where I had removed them after laying a new border; I then took a shovel and dug up part of the yard for the expansion of the perennial bed, then took a pickax to dig the new trench for the runnel to the rain garden. I plan on digging that out by hand. My feet hurt and my back is sore, but it will be worth it next spring.

Cool, lots of exercisers in here and out there and about...The Shopping center for one hr today,,,,The green areas full of political garbage, so happy they are gone tonite finally by midnight, there is a polling place here at the Local Library and tomorrow the County votes. I did it by mail a month ago, on line I verified that my household votes, all 3 of them were received, processed and counted.

I did 16k steps yesterday at work. I'm so dead when I get home I haven't touched the gym since starting. I may just cancel it all together

90 minutes today of wich 60 were under heavy rain squalls, but never fear, I was not getting wet at all, when I got there I had 30 minutes with no rain dismantling the few Political Signs left from yesterday's Election.

All in the rubbish, where they belong...If the Volunteers don't do their Jobs I did, and ~It Is What It Is !!!~

More exercises tomorrow !!!
