No running today. I was hoping to get in a run today, but the Santa Ana winds were blowing crud since last night. Then in the late morning a wildfire just south of me started and the winds are blowing smoke and ash my way. Good day to stay inside.
Single leg squat to parallel: (after warm up)
2 sets of 10 reps with bodyweight (each leg)
1 set of 10 reps with 15 lbs external weight
1 set of 6 reps with 20 lbs external weight
Lying leg curl using carpet for resistance: 2 sets of 12 reps
Single leg calf raise: 1 set of 15 reps with bodyweight
Back in the gym!! Just did an hour of cardio to get back into it. I'll do that for the rest of the week. I'll incorporate weights and abs starting next week. It was packed at 5:30. I need to go earlier
