Saturday has been my long day, but the yoga class ended so next week will be a bit easier.
I am very comfortable in my gym, know the owner, everyone is really conscientious about wearing masks, sanitizing, etc, and it has been my salvation this winter.
2.5 hrs this Monday AM....The Most I have done in a loooong time ... Walking, Calesthenics and inside the LAF also some Leg/Ankle resistance machine exercises.
