Ok, perhaps using the word "fat" isn't really accurate. I don't mean fat as in obese, but fat as in that though they are obviously very strong they have considerable levels of bodyfat to a point of looking unattractive. I know not everybody has to be super lean, but don't most guys go to the gym not only to get healthier/stronger but also to look better? Why invest all this effort only to look like a piece of crap?

Maybe damage control - I guess it is easier to work out and get buff than eating less and look naturally better.

I saw Dana White on tv yesterday and noticed how buff he is. I haven't seen that before because there is so much chub on him. If he would work out less and just lose 20 lbs, he would look way better than buff and chubby.

It is the stop off at the local bar later/after working out, and those several beers, that do them all in.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Your idea of "buff" may not be the same as theirs. Your idea of "fat" may not be the same as theirs.

This is merely your opinion and those you disparage could have the very same opinion about you.
It is generally best to keep opinions tucked into the depths of one's own mind.
I also believe one cannot use the words *buff* and *fat* in the same sentence appropriately.

Agreed with the last statement. If it's buffed, it ain't fat.
Otherwise, forums are normally used by folks to express an opinion. That's why it's a forum.
